Welcome to Refap Graphic. By accessing our website or using our printing and advertising services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order with Refap Graphic, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

2. Services Provided

Refap Graphic specializes in printing and advertising services, including but not limited to:

Graphic design and branding.
Digital and offset printing.
Large format printing and signage.
Marketing and promotional materials.

3. Customer Responsibilities & Copyright

Content Ownership: You represent that you own or have the legal right to use all text, logos, and images provided to us for printing.
Prohibited Content: We reserve the right to refuse any order that contains material we deem illegal, offensive, or infringing on intellectual property rights.
Final Approval: You are responsible for proofreading all designs. Once a design is approved for print, Refab Graphic is not liable for errors in spelling, grammar, or layout.

4. Quotations and Pricing

All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
Prices are subject to change based on modifications to the scope of work or material costs.
Full or partial payment (deposit) is required before production begins, as specified in your invoice.

5. Production and Delivery

Turnaround Time: Estimated completion dates are provided as a guide. While we strive for punctuality, we are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers or supply chain issues.
Color Accuracy: Due to variations in monitor calibrations and printing processes, we cannot guarantee a 100% color match to what you see on your screen.

6. Refunds and Cancellations

Custom Orders: Because our products are custom-made, we do not offer refunds once production has started.
Defects: If there is a manufacturing defect or the product does not match the approved proof, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery to discuss a replacement.

7. Limitation of Liability

Refab Graphic shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or services.
